Champion won the Inaugural Petit Lemans in the GT1 class and
received an automatic entry to the 1999 24 Hours of Lemans.
Drivers were Ralf Kelleners, Thierry Boutsen and Bob Wollek.
1998 DAYTONA 24HRS
Champion Racing was running 3rd overall into the 20th hour when the
car experienced overheating problems forcing an early retirement.
1998 SEBRING
Champion finishes at Sebring 3rd overall after being assessed a five
minute penalty for a fuel restricter violation, that consequently
cost the team an overall victory.
Drivers were Bob Wolleck and Thiery Boutsen

1999 SEBRING
Champion finished fourth overall after 12 hours of a grueling battle
between the Champion team and the
factory efforts of both Audi and BMW.
